PACKING AGAIN--THE CARIBBEAN IS ON OUR MINDS!

Christmas Eve 2023--our precious family!

Erie, Pennsylvania
Cold and Snowy, 27F

TK has worked his planning magic again and we will driving to Fort Lauderdale to catch a Caribbean cruise on Sky Princess.  Our ETD is early Tuesday, January 16--and it sure is time to leave Erie. The wind is howling, flurries are falling, and it is very cold.  Even the Buffalo Bills/Pittsburgh Steelers Playoff Game was postponed till Monday night.  I'm waiting to see if the Kansas City Chiefs/Miami Dolphins game is actually played in an open stadium. Hardy folks.

We have been in packing mode ever since the Christmas decorations were taken down and we are just about ready!  In the end TK decided to take his truck again this year becaause of weather concerns. That leaves me off the hook for driving. In other words, I am not allowed to drive his truck.

This trip we are each taking two small (21 inch) and one large (28 inch) suitcases. One of the pieces of luggage (each) is for the driving part of the trip.  TK had all of our hotel reservations made -- he is meticulous. He uses our credit card points so we do not pay for hotels the whole trip. That would be eight hotel nights paid by our credit card points!
